quite confrontational. Nothing more than me

 practicing others right to be offended/confrontational back

 at me. 

If I am...

 able having my opinions/conjectures changed

 once enabled the information needed changing them, 

believe this frees me from any obligation/responsibilty

 helping others live their sheltered lives. If they are not able

 successfully defending their viewpoints, than only they

 know how best to correct this problem.
