JAN 11, 2017 — Good Evening Petition Supporters,

The DeKalb County Solicitor General's office notified us that due to courtroom availability, the judge has moved the code violation trial for the property owner at 1840 Mason Mill Road to January 20 (Friday) at 1:00 pm. The trial will be held in the downtown Decatur courthouse located at 556 N. McDonough Street, in the first floor courtroom #D.

We encourage you to attend the trial. It is important that the community continue to communicate to DeKalb County that we care about our neighborhood and are concerned with the flagrant code violations exhibited by this property owner.

I'm leaving that night to march on Washington on the 21st; I may attend wearing my hot pink pussycat hat in protest against trump and jerks like this who fan the flames of hate.

Can people who do not live in neighborhood, but drive by several times a week, come to the session? He screams profanities at me and gives me the finger. Very, very upsetting. Can't believe it is ok to put signs up with profanity in a community with children, or anyone!!!!
