Thank you for your request to review County records. On June 21, 2018 I received your Open Records Act request for the following documents or records: "Any and all records related to the property located at 1840 Mason Mill Road, Decatur, GA 30033 from February 12, 2015 to present." After reviewing your request, it has been determined that the some of the  requested documents are subject to release under the Open Records Act. It will take approximately 4 business days to identify these records. If you want copies, it will take approximately 1 additional business day. Below is a cost estimate based on what we anticipate the volume of documents might be.

As provided in O.C.G.A. §50-18-71, the total estimated cost to produce the requested report is $83.25. This includes a charge of $22.20 per hour (no charge for first 15 minutes) to cover the administrative cost of assisting you with your request plus a charge for copies (if applicable). Mr. Avery has a history of arrests and mental health and/or drug abuse issues and these items in ...HIS...yard are scaring the neighborhood. People are afraid to walk past...HIS...property. DeKalb commissioner's office is aware of...HIS... issues and the...POLICE...are...REPEATEDLY... out there due to...HIS...harassment towards neighbors. The ...CROSS...sign is...OFFENSIVE...to...CHRISTIAN...believers in...THIS...area. HIS...is hearing impaired. Please proceed with caution...HE...can be ...VERBALLY... aggressive. We...AS A NEIGHBORHOOD...need...YOUR ASSISTANCE IN PROTECTING...our property values, integrity of our personal believes, and safety of the families in the neighborhood.
