Hello Officer Davis,

Again,  PIN #  not accepted online; notification by phone currently closed..?

Please advise.

Sincerely yours,

James .E. Avery

BTW...

Was unable retrieving my shoulder backpack yesterday. IAll three recovery stations our Camp Circle Complex had me going in circles between them all claiming for one reason or another it wouldn't be in their possession.

Both of my more expensive hearing aids where in that bag.  Also two binders full of important documents, emails, downloads, photos, etc. (although Ingrid would not agree) maybe able...finally....helpful with my defense now Ingrid out of the way.

Interesting, how,  not only am I unable  getting coping of anything where I have spoken during these hearings;  this shoulder bag just disappearing when Ingrid no longer able being dismissive of everything I wanted introduced into these hearings.

Hello Officer Davis,

Been calling that number every day, and still the same dead end:  "Notification program is currently closed."

Already made my call for today around 8:00 AM this morning.

PIN # 9362882

Anyway!

PETITION UPDATE

Results of Avery Probation Revocation Hearing

Bobby Rasulnia
United States
FEB 13, 2018 — Jim Ed Avery, the property owner at 1840 Mason Mill Road, was found to have violated the terms of his probation and was remanded to the DeKalb County jail for 30 days. The violations occurred specifically on September 9, 2017 and November 1, 2017, when Code Enforcement officers found that the signage he had in his front yard exceeded the square footage allowed by the code.

When released from jail, Mr. Avery will be subject to drug testing every two weeks and visits from his parole officer. Also, code enforcement officers will be expected to view his property on a regular basis. Should he be found to be in violation of his probation again, a warrant for his arrest can be applied for immediately.

The Public Defenders’ Office was released from representing Mr. Avery, which means that in the future he will either have to represent himself or pay to retain outside counsel. No additional fines or mental health evaluations were added to the conditions of his parole.

Judge McCoyd stated that in his original order he had tried to establish clear parameters and consequences that were fair to both Mr. Avery and the County. However, it was clear that Mr. Avery had not taken the court proceedings seriously and that his display of excess signage signified his lack of concern about county ordinances and his defiance in complying with those ordinances.

The Judge was not willing at this time to consider Mr. Avery in violation of his parole due to his creating a “hazardous and offensive condition in our community.” However, the Judge did seem to indicate that he might consider this argument in the future should Mr. Avery return to court.

The neighborhood owes a debt of thanks to those residents who attended this trial. It started at 9 a.m. and went to noon, when it was recessed until 2:15, with the verdict being rendered at approximately 3:00 p.m. Several residents stayed until the bitter end. We were frustrated with the judgment, but were told by the lawyers present that a 30-day jail sentence is a very hefty sentence for what began as essentially a code violation matter, and that the penalties will increase should Mr. Avery continue to violate his parole conditions.

I've already told you our phone conversation Thursday evening, when considering my crystal meths addiction had been a daily habit past four and a half years right up to the day of my probation revocation hearing February 12, 2018,  "ITS A GIVEN  I"M GOING TO RELAPSE."

And that I've already have relapsed.

Why not just take a warrant out for my arrest now,  then get your fucking urine sample.  Trust me!   Our next sample will test positive!
As I have a hearing -schedule tomorrow 2:00 pm,  make more sense we taking advantage of the opportunity of me providing a sample then if unable trusting me telling the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.

Sincerely yours,

Simply Jim

Hello Officer Davis,

Well I've been calling that number daily as told.

Today was notified I was to report for drug testing.

And I had every intention reporting for this random drug testing every two weeks court ordered by our Honorable Judge Matthew McCoyd  added to the Terms and Conditions of Probation Agreement resulting from "THAT TRIAL!" January 30, 2017, in addition to  the 30 days jail time resulting from my probation revocation hearing February 12th, 2018.

Had every intention showing up for this court ordered drug testing, just so we could provide the evidence our Magistrate Court of DeKalb County needing enabling them proving once and for all that I am indeed a user of illegal drugs; even if testing positive...only...for crystal.meths; an addiction having  already confessed, and been confessing ever since that disastrous Thanksgiving 2010 putting into effect the only option able seeing...available... me a chance possible having a future in which I might be able living a life ...content; if not ever happy.

The reason for me not showing up for today's testing;

Except for the one hundred percent equity owning my home paid in full with money recieving yearly as part of my father and  mother's estate planning under the guidance of Probate Lawyer Jim McKenzie, also members of our United Methodist Church Prescott Arkansas (100% pure Methodist laundered patrimony) and  some acres of  trees in  Arkansas; I'm broke. Outright, flat broke.   Although not the same as saying poor.

Have no more money/cash in bank.  Therefore no checking account.  No credit cards either; although I do have the choice of running up a dept.

I do have a check from my mother written for $1000.00 out of the most recent $14,000.00 gift check having refused.

Can't having trouble find a place that will cash third party personal checks.  Did find one that would personal check $200.00 or less; minus a 10% fee

Anyway, the bottom line is that I have no way of paying for this test I know will test positive for the meths usage.  No money able paying the $3:00 for parking!  No money paying for gas.  No money  paying for anything unless start pawning items from my home; or accepting one of these cash offers from investors interested in purchasing the property as it.

No money even for the crystal meths addiction.

Bottom line.  Our Honorable Judge Matthew McCoyd had no right adding the random drug testing when considering how a dialogue exchange between and the Senior Pastor Alice Rogers of Glenn Memorial ended up having me served a letter of criminal trespass by Emory Police.

As I've already informed our Honorable Judge Matthew McCoyd along with Assistant Solicitor General Kemp (Methodist!) our arraignment nearing this past Tuesday March 13th, after we first scheduling the trial for April 12, 2018 a hearing :  "Also!  I'm needing the court reminded...THAT...I'm still a crystal meths addict; routinely being drug tested without the issue having been properly address. That we should  have a positive test coming up soon."

I do understand you have to do your job.  But is it really necessary being so formal with getting a warrant for my arrest just because I was unable showing up for a drug test I'm confessing will be positive.  Having Robin Clark as a former member of St. Mark UMC , now co-chairs Glenn Memorial  Rainbow Advocacy Group along with her husband Bill Clark, may I at least have tomorrow a chance finding someone with our Glenn Memorial Methodist Church letting me signing over to them this check from an eighty-seven year old rural Arkansan Methodist widow having a self-avowed practicing homosexual, self-avowed practicing Atheist,  self-avowed practicing Crystal Meths Addict?

Also, having just received an email form Clerks office saying they have copies waiting for me picking up once a $9:99 payment cost of producing these copies; may I a chance seeing just what court hearings they were able retrieving copies.  Really do need a chance, at least, hearing how much of anything I'm having to saying...discernible!

It's getting late.  I'm tired.  Lots of other email wanting sending others.  Still absolutely no support from anyone a single cause of mine.

I'm going to bed.

Sincerely yours,.

I haven't been arrested yet!  Do not know why..?  Officer Davis paid me a visit a few days ago asking why I didn't report within 48 hrs of release.  In a truthful manner I answered his question.  Then he told me to show up at traffic division the next day for the court ordered anger management.

In an attempt keeping a long story short...I refuse to comply with their probation agreement...PERIOD!

Hello Officer Davis,

Should I be making arrangement for someone seeing to it that my Jeep doesn't get impounded?

Should I at least be able letting my dear, dear, sweet Arkansan sister know ahead of being arrested if for no other reason than sparing me..AT LEAST...one of the...TRIGGERS.... for the crystal meths addiction awaiting my release from our DeKalb County Jail:

"I know you are being  released today!   Are you home yet!"

Her desperately sounding emails in her attempts learning the fate  of her little baby brother!

As if she hasn't a fucking clue!

Every time!

Sincerely yours,

James E. Avery, D.V.M.

It was not Officer Davis whom I reported Monday July 2, 2018.
Officer Veley or something like that?

Anyway,
nothing but a waste of my time and $6.00 for parking just to hear him tell me that I needed to be seeking out a substance abuse evaluation and anger management therapy.
