WE THREE KINGS
Born a King on Bethlehem’s plain
Gold I bring to crown Him again,
King forever, ceasing never,
Over us all to reign.
Though the event is recounted in the Gospel of Matthew, there are no further details given with regards to their names, the number of Magi that were present or whether they were even royal.

Frankincense to offer have I;
Incense owns a Deity nigh;
Prayer and praising, voices raising,
Worshiping God on high.
The notion of three kings stems from the fact that there were three separate gifts that were given. Their status as kings from the Orient are legendary and based on tradition.

Myrrh is mine, its bitter perfume
Breathes a life of gathering gloom;
Sorrowing, sighing, bleeding, dying,
Sealed in the stone cold tomb.
John Henry Hopkins, Jr. organized the carol in such a way that three male voices would each sing a single verse by himself in order to correspond with the three kings.The first and last verses of the carol are sung together by all three as "verses of praise", while the intermediate verses are sung individually with each king describing the gift he was bringing. The refrain proceeds to praise the beauty of the Star of Bethlehem. Nowadays, however, the Magi's solos are typically not observed when singing the carol.

Glorious now behold Him arise;
King and God and sacrifice;
Alleluia!, Alleluia!,
Rings through the earth and skies.
The carol's melody has been described as "sad" and "shifting" in nature. Because of this, it highly resembles a song from the Middle Ages and Middle Eastern music, both of which it has been frequently compared to.

"A truly virtuous man would come to the aid of a distant stranger as quickly as he would a close friend; then again, a truly virtuous man would have no friends."
If true,
what would it take being the fairest one of them all this day and age?
what would it take being the fairest one of them all this day and age?
The only answer I'm able coming up with:
"If willing,
one must be able displeasing them all;
being,
that is what it's going to take this day and age fair to them all."
one must be able displeasing them all;
being,
that is what it's going to take this day and age fair to them all."
~(Simply Jim: Anti-Christ, Armilus, Dajjal)~
In other words,
the same as Jesus was to The First Coming of Christ during his lifetime,
the same W.W.J.D. this day and age would be to The Second Coming of Christ.
Different way of saying the same thing...

ANOTHER DISAPPOINTMENT!
ANOTHER ANTICHRIST!
Jesus had it easy.
All he had to do was give everyone a hug!
