Revocation Hearing Set for February 12 for 1840 Mason Mill Rd
FEB 10, 2018 — Good Morning Supporters,
The property owner at 1840 Mason Mill, was found to be competent to assist his attorney and stand trial in the matter of his probation revocation, so a special hearing date was set: Monday, February 12, at 9 a.m. in Courtroom E of the Magistrate Court of DeKalb County, 3630 Camp Circle, Decatur, GA 30032.
Testimony will be presented at the scheduled hearing by representatives of the Probation and Code Enforcement departments and the neighborhood.
You are encouraged to attend the hearing if possible, and it is important that we have a strong public showing from the community. The County’s Solicitor General tells us that a strong showing from the community is important and emphasizes to the Court that the community wants this matter dealt with. The County’s main argument now is that the defendant has broken the conditions of his parole and that he is creating a hazardous and offensive condition in our community that serves no legitimate purpose and impacts the well being of our community.
Public parking is available in two lots – one to the right of the court complex (2nd right turn off Camp Circle) and a second one further down that is accessible by making the second right turn off Camp Circle, going past the first parking lot, turning left and left again and entering the lot before reaching that part of Camp Circle. The cost is $3, payable by credit card or cash.

I'm certain you have noticed the many ground signs and seasonal inflatables at 1840 Mason Mill Road. At the request of a number of neighbors, the Mason Mill Civic Association is facilitating a communication process relating to a petition asking DeKalb County to enforce its Code of Ordinances to ensure that the resident at 1840 Mason Mill complies with them.

As you review this petition, you will find that the petition is directed toward the county, not the resident, and that the petition does not call for the elimination of all signs; nor does it deny the resident his First
Amendment rights. The petition only asks that the county ensure that the resident follows the same Code of Ordinances we are all called upon to follow as residents of DeKalb County. Our goal is to reach 100 signatures and we need your support.
As of 4/30/16, the resident at 1840 is in violation of three ordinances and a hearing for the current violations is set for late in June.
In order to keep pressure on the county to act in this matter and to ensure that the community's voice is heard in upcoming meetings with county staff - and later before the hearing judge - we ask that you add your signature to this petition along with any comments.

I'm the mentally disturbed person who lives at 1840 Mason Mill Road. I'm definitely in agreement with my "NEXTDOOR" neighbor Bobby that DeKalb County needs to enforce their code ordinances consistently or they have no business being in the business of enforcing code ordinances...PERIOD! But there's one little bitty problem: BOBBY'S SUCH A WORTHLESS DOUBLE-THINK!

Bobby and his partner had no problem being "glib" / "dismissive" of all their soon to be new neighbors upset about them cutting down so many trees on their newly acquired property, in the process, violating DeKalb County's green laws. DeKalb County themselves were dismissive of my two phoned in complaints. "What can we do; the trees are a threat to his house?" -EPA

Now this property next door to mine is up for sale.

And listen to this, it's being described as an "URBAN OASIS" known as the "HOLLYWOOD HOUSE."
DIDN'T SEE THAT COMING! MY GOD! WHAT'S it MADE OF?! THE CALIFORNIA REDWOOD FORREST!!!
All I'm able seeing when taking that virtual tour online is a "DEAD DEAD DEAD PLANET HOLLYWOOD!"
And it gets even funnier. One feature of this house is the "private" media room. LOL LOL LOL This room is not private! TV screen big enough for me joining them without leaving my house; well, up until they extended the roof over the backyard patio. Now I have to go stand in the driveway.
But they can still see Norman Bate's window from their house.
I'm able seeing these two doing nothing more than repeating the same process all over again with their next investment.

enforcing their code ordinances! Including it's Green Laws. Remember, this... DID... all start in the beginning with me trying to embarrass DeKalb County into admitting willful accessory to Mr. Bliss and Mr. Rasulnia crime of violating our GREEN LAWS. And I will hold anyone helping these two profit from the sell of this house to be just as guilty.
Maybe this is why I been able...BEING...so persistent..?

we went past this house 3 days ago for a boy scout picnic at a park 1/4 mile away. I was trying to read and drive but only got bits of any sign. One seemed very offensive but I didn't have time to confirm that it said what I thought it said. When leaving the picnic, a clown type person was out there waiving to all the passerbys.
