I talked to Ingrid yesterday and she said the hearing will resume the 12th and that you cussed her out right in court! Also she said you taped her and she specifically ask you not to put her in the internet! You need to listen to her because she is the only one that can help you right now ! I really believe she has your best interest at heart! She said you left the court and told the judge you would be back the 12th!

If so, what are some possible reasons for this recording being, "not available at this time?"
As our Honorable Judge McCoyd's Court Ordered Public Defender Ingrid McGaughey assigned me by our Law Office of the Public Defender DeKalb County has filed a motion to withdraw as my counsel, it's very important I have as much answers possible explaining the unavailability of this recording before upcoming hearing before Judge McCoyd scheduled for Tuesday February 6, 2018 regarding her motion to withdraw as my counsel.
What I'm to contribute to this hearing very much dependent on whether or not a recording of recent status update hearing January 30th, 2018 even....exits? If there is a recording, very much in need of an opportunity hearing how much of this recording is...discernible... before this upcoming hearing?

You keep saying there is money in Arkansas that is mine? That all I'm needing to do is ask mother for it..?
However, that money is not mine until after the "gift" checks having first been accepted. Mother will understand this.
Well I did accept the last gift check mother wrote me which I turned right around and tried donating $10,000.00 to Georgia Innocence Project at the time of THE TRIAL January 20, 2017 of which the Honorable Judge Matthew McCoyd presiding over this trial one of GIP's founding members.

Thank you very much for your very generous $10,000 donation to the GIP. We are grateful for your interest in and support of our organization.
Matt, our recently hired Operations and Communications Manager, told me about your phone conversation with him and his promise that GIP could notify the judge in your case, Judge McCoyd, about your $10,000 contribution.
I'm afraid that Matt was mistaken, and we are unable to make good on that promise. GIP's bylaws, acceptance criteria, and policies prohibit us from getting involved in court cases or communicating to a judge or prosecutor on behalf of someone unless the person is our client. Our case acceptance criteria requires, among other things, we can only accept clients who have been convicted of a serious felony and have finished all of their direct appeals.
Because it appears that you've donated to us with the understanding that we would contact Judge McCoyd on your behalf and because we are unable to do that, we have refunded your $10,000 donation. It will take 3 to 5 days to be fully refunded back to your credit card. We sincerely apologize for our mistake and we hope this does not inconvenience you.

Since you and mother objected, in the name of our father who art in heaven, me donating most of this money to GIP, I wrote mother a check for the full $14,000.00 amount of this gift check I had deposited to my account. Not for mother holding this money for me until I'm needing it but outright refusing the gift because of you two refusing to have faith in me.

Since this last hearing took an interesting turn, I'm curious enough sticking it out a little longer before giving up. If mother willing, I will accept $1,000.00 of this money; no strings attached. You have to understand, that when you say, "paying my bills," that my bills are different than yours. Don't go letting the illegal part fool you into thinking it any differently. As it's nothing more than the addiction all other addictions looking down upon, it's appearing I've learned how to loop "GOD" into a circle and hanging him from around our neck (waist?), or maybe just mine, like an albatross?

I'm not surprised. Probably for the best.
When considering your having been totally oblivious to my needs as a hearing impaired person, I question your qualification being public defender with our Law Office of the Public Defender DeKalb County handling those cases involving mental health issues. Most certainly contributed to mine.

I'm guessing the 35 mm camera Stephanie wanted as a senior year high school graduation gift costed around $300.00 as apposed to the $800.00 digital camera I tried persuading Steph in letting me buy her? The way I see it, I'm just getting the $500.00 back you and Stephanie conned me out by leading me to believe I had convinced Stephanie into going with a digital camera instead. Then me finding out I had not, only, when asking to see it my next visit back to Arkansas.
Just ask mother! She knows how angry that made me.
Then multiply that by two for the $800.00 check I sent Dana for her graduation gift without out even asking how she was going to spend it.
And to think how hard I really sweated the decision whether or not purchasing magazine subscriptions they were selling raising money for Abundant Life School they were attending at the time.
