Hello Whitney,

First, just want to let you know how disappointed I was over how little was in this folder with Law Office of Public Defender Dekalb County regarding my case.  There was nothing in this folder about the first plea offer from Solicitor-General Office I rejected.  No copy of email from Weylan Getz representing DeKalb County on behalf of Solicitor-General's office.  No copies of emails from me in this folder showing my many attempts at trying to discuss my case with you.    Nothing showing any kind of research by you in preparation for my hearing except copies of DeKalb County Code Ordinances.   

Nothing!  

How ironic.  Doctors, that's right, even veterinarians can get sued for such poor record keeping.   

Also, letting you know that the USB drive taped inside this folder was of a file labeled Terri.  Also it was a hearing presided over by Judge Mannheimer.  

So...

How about just letting me know how to go about requesting copies of these hearings myself?  Also keep in mind that one of these hearings/non-hearings, "THE TRIAL!" was held at Courthouse downtown Decatur.   Will these recordings be kept at a different location than the ones held at Camp Circle Drive?

Already told this to you once before but feeling the need saying it again,  "Before I'm needing worrying about Judge McCoyd final judgement, I'm needing getting pass yours first."  Never stood a chance with you assigned to me as my counsel.  And I can't help but believe that's exactly why you were assigned to me.  Even to the point of having Marian Maloney, first public defender assigned to me, abruptly rotated out to another division and you rotated in as her replacement.

Even the email sent you by Public Defender Claudia Saari hints at double- mindedness; "excellent issue to appeal" plus "hearing that you did  wonderful job representing a very challenging client".

By the way, I've sent Ms. Saari two emails regarding these "excellent issues to appeal and yet to hear from her?   Why not?

Nothing in this file...also... as to why I"m choosing not to appeal this case.  

Understanding that you could release copies to me of everything but attorney generated products; honestly, finding it hard to believe you capable of generating anything!
