About Me

My photo
Hearing impaired (tendency to appear dumb, dense, and/or aloof), orthodox atheist (believe faith more harmful than doubt), self depreciating sense of humor (confident/not to be confused with low self esteem), ribald sense of humor (satorical/mocking when sensing Condescension), confirmed bachelor (my fate if not my choosing), freakish inclination (unpredictable non-traditionalist opinions), free spirit (nor conformist bohemian) Believe others have said it better...... "Jim! You can be SO SMART, but you can be SO DUMB!" "Jim! You make such a MARTYR of yourself." "He's a nice guy, but...." "You must be from up NORTH!" "You're such a DICK!" "You CRAZY!" "Where the HELL you from?" "Don't QUITE know how to take your personality." My favorite, "You have this... NEED... to be....HONEST!"

Hello Claudia, Ingrid, Whitney, Marian, and Lauren,

Now that I'm no longer being represented by our Law Office of the Public Defender,  I really do need knowing any and all information able sharing with me as to what discussions there were about my case with other lawyers representing the interest of DeKalb County and these so called neighbors of mine.

Don't worry!  Certainly do realize that never going to happen.  So could we start with allowing me inspecting...FIRST...then...REQUESTING... copies made of  whatever files,  folders, attorney?work products...AVAILABLE...to me.

This would include any hard copy evidence proving to me that indeed our Law Office of the Public Defender DeKalb County did reach out to our Glenn Memorial ?UNITED? Methodist Church/Secular Methodist Liberal Arts and Science Emory University on my behalf my attempts seeking some sort of reconciliation?  This non-criminal facts finding hearing justice been seeking for the past seven  and one half years!

This would include hard copy evidence of court ordered  competency evaluation I was more than happy allowing our Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities performing at Public Defender's insistence?

As well as any and all information relating to request having subpoenaed from  American Alternative/Accountability Court Services; copies of the forms CEO Jacques Khorozian having had me filling out my failed attempt at satisfying our Honorable Judge Matthew McCoyd's request I submit to a clinical evaluation for substance abuse?

Also, any information about this "agreement that contents of these signs would not made part of the trial" Our Honorable Judge McCoyd referenced more than once these hearing of mine?

Anything!  Everything!  Able! Sharing! With me!  Period!

MS. MCGAUGHEY: YOUR HONOR, COULD IT BE POSSIBLE THAT
MR. AVERY EITHER REPORT LATER ON TONIGHT OR REPORT
TOMORROW MORNING. HE HAS CATS.

THE DEFENDANT: A CAT. I'M DOWN TO ONE. JUST A CAT.

MS. MCGAUGHEY: AND HE LIVES ALONE AND DOES NOT HAVE
ANYONE TO FEED THEM. SO IT WOULD BE IN ORDER TO FEED THE
CAT.

THE DEFENDANT: (INDISCERNIBLE) LIVED ALONE.

MS. MCGAUGHEY: HE'S NEVER FAILED TO APPEAR IN COURT.
HE'S NOT A RISK OF FLIGHT, YOUR HONOR.

(DEFENDANT CONFERRED WITH DEFENSE COUNSEL.)

MS. MCGAUGHEY: AND IF THE COURT WOULD LIKE TO
SUSPEND SOME ADDITIONAL JAIL TIME ON THE CONDITION THAT HE
APPEAR.

MR. GETZ: YOUR HONOR, THE STATE HAS SOME CONCERNS
AND THE STATE WOULD LIKE THE SENTENCE TO BE EFFECTUATED
IMMEDIATELY. EVEN THOUGH THE STATE DID NOT SEEK THIS, THE
STATE WANTS THIS EXECUTED IMMEDIATELY. WE JUST DON'T
BELIEVE THAT UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES THAT THE DEFENDANT IS
A GOOD CANDIDATE TO DO WHAT HE SUPPOSED TO DO. WE WOULD
LIKE THIS CONSEQUENCE TO BE IMPOSED NOW.

THE COURT: I AM NOT GOING TO GIVE HIM A LATE
TURN-IN. I'M SURE THAT MR. AVERY CAN PROVIDE A KEY TO HIS
RESIDENCE TO SOMEBODY IN YOUR OFFICE AND YOU GUYS CAN GO
OVER THERE AND FEED THE CAT OR LET THE CAT OUT. HE'S
GOING INTO CUSTODY NOW AND SERVING A WEEK IN JAIL.

MS. MCGAUGHEY: THANK YOU, JUDGE. IF I MAY HAVE A
MOMENT TO TALK TO MR. AVERY BEFORE HE'S TAKEN DOWN.

Not only had "jail time"  never once occurred to me a possibility resulting form "THE TRIAL!"

I jump all over Assistant Solicitor General Kemp about our Honorable Judge McCoyd not listening/refusing Public Defender Ingrid McGaughey request I'd be allow making arraignment for my cat...FIRST... before serving the first seven day starting promptly.  How that cat was also...PUBLIC...needing defended!

Sincerely yours,

Simpy Jim
