Not only was this all news to me; I didn't even know court ordered Public Defender Ingrid McGaughey assigned to me by the Law Office of Public Defenders DeKalb County was going to be out of the office until January 2, 2018!

Hello Donna,
Just found out this afternoon that the court hearing scheduled for tomorrow afternoon has been postponed for another date yet to be decided? Will update you with the new date once I hear anything.
In the meantime, I'm curious about the original $100,000.00 inheritance me and David both invested with Stephens Inc. at mother's suggestion. What's David's $100,000.00 worth now? I'm sure mother will know?
I cashed mine out a good while back once it got back up to approx. $70,000.00 from the low $50,000.00.

Matt, our recently hired Operations and Communications Manager, told me about your phone conversation with him and his promise that GIP could notify the judge in your case, Judge McCoyd, about your $10,000 contribution.
I'm afraid that Matt was mistaken, and we are unable to make good on that promise. GIP's bylaws, acceptance criteria, and policies prohibit us from getting involved in court cases or communicating to a judge or prosecutor on behalf of someone unless the person is our client. Our case acceptance criteria requires, among other things, we can only accept clients who have been convicted of a serious felony and have finished all of their direct appeals.

Since you and mother objected, in the name of our father who art in heaven, me donating most of this money to GIP, I wrote mother a check for the full $14,000.00 amount of this gift check I had deposited to my account. Not for mother holding this money for me until I'm needing it but outright refusing the gift because of you two refusing to have faith in me.
Since this last hearing took an interesting turn, I'm curious enough sticking it out a little longer before giving up. If mother willing, I will accept $1,000.00 of this money; no strings attached. You have to understand, that when you say, "paying my bills," that my bills are different than yours. Don't go letting the illegal part fool you into thinking it any differently. As it's nothing more than the addiction all other addictions looking down upon, it's appearing I've learned how to loop "GOD" into a circle and hanging him from around our neck (waist?), or maybe just mine, like an albatross?
One more thing!
I'm asking of you writing a check for the rest of the amount of "gift" check, returned, to Sseb instead. I have my reasons for making this request which I'm sure you will never understand as well.

Decided to go ahead and cash the check you wrote me for $1000.00.
I'm guessing the 35 mm camera Stephanie wanted as a senior year high school graduation gift costed around $300.00 as apposed to the $800.00 digital camera I tried persuading Steph in letting me buy her? The way I see it, I'm just getting the $500.00 back you and Stephanie conned me out by leading me to believe I had convinced Stephanie into going with a digital camera instead. Then me finding out I had not, only, when asking to see it my next visit back to Arkansas.
Just ask mother! She knows how angry that made me.
Then multiply that by two for the $800.00 check I sent Dana for her graduation gift without out even asking how she was going to spend it.
And to think how hard I really sweated the decision whether or not purchasing magazine subscriptions they were selling raising money for Abundant Life School they were attending at the time.

Just about all texts from Feb. 5th through now are completely incoherent. Was debating terminating my cellphone account as a way of saving money since you are the only one I text with an most food deliveries can now be ordered online. Another hearing Tuesday March 13, 2018 at 2:00 pm for two citation thought we already covered last hearing? Haven't a fucking clue what's going on nor do I care. Even Told Officer Davis last night, whom I now address as Officer Red Donkey, there's no need for me needing to call him every day of the week just to hear him say yes or no whether or not that day I'm having to report for a drug test scheduled in advance at his convenience just so he can be sure and watch me as I pee into a cup from other side of a Plexiglas window. As I've been doing the meths every day for 4 1/2 years, it's a given that I am going to relapse. Threw in the fact it was my confessing to the addiction having triggered current drug testing. Why even bother playing this cat and mouse game. Just tell you now that I've already relapsed and that our next definitely will be positive.

Outright, flat broke. Although not the same as saying poor.
Have no more money/cash in bank. Therefore no checking account. No credit cards either; although I do have the choice of running up a dept.
I do have a check from my mother written for $1000.00 out of the most recent $14,000.00 gift check having refused.
Can't having trouble find a place that will cash third party personal checks. Did find one that would personal check $200.00 or less; minus a 10% fee
Anyway, the bottom line is that I have no way of paying for this test I know will test positive for the meths usage. No money able paying the $3:00 for parking! No money paying for gas. No money paying for anything unless start pawning items from my home; or accepting one of these cash offers from investors interested in purchasing the property as it.
No money even for the crystal meths addiction.
Bottom line. Our Honorable Judge Matthew McCoyd had no right adding the random drug testing when considering how a dialogue exchange between and the Senior Pastor Alice Rogers of Glenn Memorial ended up having me served a letter of criminal trespass by Emory Police.
As I've already informed our Honorable Judge Matthew McCoyd along with Assistant Solicitor General Kemp (Methodist!) our arraignment nearing this past Tuesday March 13th, after we first scheduling the trial for April 12, 2018 a hearing : "Also! I'm needing the court reminded...THAT...I'm still a crystal meths addict; routinely being drug tested without the issue having been properly address. That we should have a positive test coming up soon."
I do understand you have to do your job. But is it really necessary being so formal with getting a warrant for my arrest just because I was unable showing up for a drug test I'm confessing will be positive. Having Robin Clark as a former member of St. Mark UMC , now co-chairs Glenn Memorial Rainbow Advocacy Group along with her husband Bill Clark, may I at least have tomorrow a chance finding someone with our Glenn Memorial Methodist Church letting me signing over to them this check from an eighty-seven year old rural Arkansan Methodist widow having a self-avowed practicing homosexual, self-avowed practicing Atheist, self-avowed practicing Crystal Meths Addict?
Also, having just received an email form Clerks office saying they have copies waiting for me picking up once a $9:99 payment cost of producing these copies; may I a chance seeing just what court hearings they were able retrieving copies. Here goes another attempt from a different angle. Although mother wrote the $14,000.00 check from her account, the money still came from a trust fund 100% money we allowed our workaholic father working himself...HARD...into an early grave providing for his family. NARRATIVE
On Monday, November 27, 2017 at approximately 1313 hours I met with COMPLAINANT, the pastor of the Glenn Memorial Church, in reference to feeling threatened by James Avery. I met with COMPLAINANT in her office, where she advised me that she is feeling unsafe and threatened by the attendance of James Avery at her services.
COMPLAINANT stated that beginning in August of last year she allowed Mr. Avery to attend services. She stated that she was aware of Mr. Avery’s consistently atypical behavior, and always had other parishioners with him to make sure he did not create a problem. COMPLAINANT stated that recently he has been emailing both her and other church members often, and becomes angered when he does not receive an answer, or does not receive the answer he desires. COMPLAINANT provided me with a couple of emails which I scanned and submitted with this report.
COMPLAINANT also informed me that WITNESS at St. Mark’s United Methodist Church criminally trespassed James Avery from that church for concerning behavior. I contacted WITNESS via email and she summarized her church’s dealings with Avery. I scanned and submitted my conversation with WITNESS, as well as a copy of the criminal trespass warning they issued to Avery.
COMPLAINANT informed me that last night, November 26, 2017, she was holding a five o’clock service at Glenn Church. She stated that Mr. Avery stood in the middle of the aisle near the rear of the church filming her as she delivered her sermon.
COMPLAINANT also stated that Mr. Avery has recently come to believe that COMPLAINANT and the church are responsible for the county ordinance violations he received for the signage in his yard on Mason Mill Rd. COMPLAINANT stated that she is aware that Mr. Avery uses methamphetamine, due to his own admission. COMPLAINANT also stated that he cornered a youth in church the other morning while speaking to the juvenile. COMPLAINANT stated that the youth informed her that Mr. Avery did not say anything inappropriate, but COMPLAINANT no longer feels comfortable having Mr. Avery at the church around youth.
COMPLAINANT made it clear that she feels that her safety is threated by his being on the property.
COMPLAINANT stated that she had someone walk her to her car after last night’s service because she believed Mr. Avery would have followed her to her vehicle.
Sgt. Randall was also present for the meeting, and informed COMPLAINANT that we would show a greater police presence at any time she requested. I provided COMPLAINANT with a card and case number

I spoke with the complainant on 11/28/2017 at 1610 hours. She advised she was concerned with the recent behavior of James Avery when he is attending church at Glenn Memorial United Methodist Church. She had detailed her concerns in this report to Ofc. Massee on 11/27/2017.
She advised Ofc. Massee that another Metro Atlanta Methodist Church, St. Mark, has issued a criminal trespass warning to Avery in the past. COMPLAINANT and I discussed the possibility of a criminal trespass warning prohibiting Avery from attending services at Glenn Memorial. I asked that she send me an email detailing her concerns and expressing her wishes to pursue a criminal trespass warning.
I received that email on 11/29/2017 at 0950 hours. I discussed the email and COMPLAINANT'S request with Capt. B. Buchtinec and he advised me to meet with Avery and issue an Emory-wide criminal trespass warning. On 11/29/2017 at 1444 hours, Lt. J.Schmahl and I met with James Edward Avery at his home at 1840 Mason Mill Rd., Decatur, GA. Avery was presented with a written criminal trespass warning for all Emory properties. Avery acknowledged receipt of and signed the warning. He was given a copy of the document. The interaction with Avery was documented via mine and Lt. Schmahl's body cameras. Avery also video recorded the contact with him.
A copy of the criminal trespass warning was uploaded into the other media folder and the original was placed in the criminal trespass warning files in the communications division.
This case is CLOSED.

Eventually, the ship encounters a ghostly hulk. On board are Death (a skeleton) and the "Night-mare Life-in-Death", a deathly-pale woman, who are playing dice for the souls of the crew. With a roll of the dice, Death wins the lives of the crew members and Life-in-Death the life of the mariner, a prize she considers more valuable. Her name is a clue to the mariner's fate: he will endure a fate worse than death as punishment for his killing of the albatross.
One by one, all of the crew members die, but the mariner lives on, seeing for seven days and nights the curse in the eyes of the crew's corpses, whose last expressions remain upon their faces. Eventually, this stage of the mariner's curse is lifted after he appreciates the sea creatures swimming in the water. Despite his cursing them as "slimy things" earlier in the poem, he suddenly sees their true beauty and blesses them ("a spring of love gush'd from my heart, and I bless'd them unaware"); suddenly, as he manages to pray, the albatross falls from his neck and his guilt is partially expiated. The bodies of the crew, possessed by good spirits, rise again and help steer the ship. In a trance, the mariner hears two spirits discussing his voyage and penance, and learns that the ship is being powered supernaturally:
Finally the mariner comes in sight of his homeland, but is initially uncertain as to whether or not he is hallucinating.
