They say you can not change the past. It is also said that history is but a fable agreed upon. Change how it is we understand our past; we've automatically changed our future. The secret is in the use of our pronouns. I'm going to use John 5:30 as an example. "I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me," now becomes, "We can of our own selves do nothing: as we sense, we judge: and our judgments are just; because we seek not our own will, but the will of the collective unconsciousness which preceeds us." Which now leavies us stuck with intentions left over that's creating the realities. And it only takes one ruining for all what otherwise would have been another good day. That's a lot of history for us needing to overcome.

Truth!!! Problem is the large majority of those wanting to tear it won't understand what you said. That includes that Abrams person who is stirring the hatred up.

I say we leave it alone and instead post humorously promote Harriet Tubman to a Five Star General for winning the civil war! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harriet_Tubman: Tubman met with General David Hunter, a strong supporter of abolition. He declared all of the "contrabands" in the Port Royal district free, and began gathering former slaves for a regiment of black soldiers. U.S. President Abraham Lincoln, however, was not prepared to enforce emancipation on the southern states, and reprimanded Hunter for his actions. Tubman condemned Lincoln's response and his general unwillingness to consider ending slavery in the U.S., for both moral and practical reasons. "God won't let master Lincoln beat the South till he does the right thing," she said.
Master Lincoln, he's a great man, and I am a poor negro; but the negro can tell master Lincoln how to save the money and the young men. He can do it by setting the negro free. Suppose that was an awful big snake down there, on the floor. He bite you. Folks all scared, because you die. You send for a doctor to cut the bite; but the snake, he rolled up there, and while the doctor doing it, he bite you again. The doctor dug out that bite; but while the doctor doing it, the snake, he spring up and bite you again; so he keep doing it, till you kill him. That's what master Lincoln ought to know. REMEMBER NOW. THE BATTLE OF GETTYSBURG WAS FOUGHT ON UNION TERRITORY! AND WE HAD TWO MORE YEARS OF WAR TO GO BEFORE THE EMANCIPATION PROCLAMATION ENFORCEABLE! "God won't let master Lincoln beat the South till he does the right thing," she said. Certainly looks to me like Stone Mountain has room for one more!

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sonny_Perdue: According to a March 5, 2008, proclamation by Perdue, "Among those who served the Confederacy were many African-Americans, both free and slave, who saw action in the Confederate armed forces in many combat roles. According to the Georgia government's website on Confederate History Month, they also participated in the manufacture of products for the war effort, built naval ships, and provided military assistance and relief efforts..." The proclamation was criticized by historians for its historical inaccuracies, although there were in fact African-Americans who served the Confederacy, both voluntarily and compulsory. GET MY DRIFT?
