CBS46 - When Is Free Speech Disturbing The Peace? DeKalb County Neighbors Want To Know? Part I

***
If you behave like this for one night in Georgia, as Shia LaBeouf discovered, you will get arrested. But if you do it every day for seven years, like this man has done, you can apparently trick police into thinking you are protected under free speech. Watch the report from Dante Renzulli CBS46.

James Avery Jesus loves me! This I know,
For the Bible tells me so;
Little ones to Him belong,

They are weak but He is strong.
Yes, Jesus loves me!
Yes, Jesus loves me!
Yes, Jesus loves me!
The Bible tells me so.

Jesus loves me! He who died,
Heaven's gate to open wide;
He will wash away my sin,
Let His little child come in.
Yes, Jesus loves me!
Yes, Jesus loves me!
Yes, Jesus loves me!
The Bible tells me so.

Jesus loves me! loves me still,
When I'm very weak and ill;
From His shining throne on high,
Comes to watch me where I lie.
Yes, Jesus loves me!
Yes, Jesus loves me!
Yes, Jesus loves me!
The Bible tells me so.

Jesus loves me! He will stay,
Close beside me all the way;
He's prepared a home for me,
And some day His face I'll see.

James Avery One door, and only one
And yet its sides are two,
Inside and outside,

On which side are you?

One Door, and only one,
And yet its sides are two,
I'm on the inside,
On which side are you?

one Lord, and only one
And yet the ways are two,
Right way and wrong way
on which way are you?

One Lord, and only one
And yet its ways are two
I’m on the right way,
on which way are you?

One Book, and only one
Which tells of places two
Good place or bad place
on which place choose you?

One Book and only one
which tells the place is true
I choose the good place,
and which place choose you?

James Avery FYI - Determinism in the West is often associated with Newtonian physics, which depicts the physical matter of the universe as operating according to a set of fixed, knowable laws. The "billiard ball" hypothesis, a product of Newtonian physics, argues that once the initial conditions of the universe have been established, the rest of the history of the universe follows inevitably. If it were actually possible to have complete knowledge of physical matter and all of the laws governing that matter at any one time, then it would be theoretically possible to compute the time and place of every event that will ever occur (Laplace's demon). In this sense, the basic particles of the universe operate in the same fashion as the rolling balls on a billiard table, moving and striking each other in predictable ways to produce predictable results.

Whether or not it is all-encompassing in so doing, Newtonian mechanics deals only with caused events, e.g.: If an object begins in a known position and is hit dead on by an object with some known velocity, then it will be pushed straight toward another predictable point. If it goes somewhere else, the Newtonians argue, one must question one's measurements of the original position of the object, the exact direction of the striking object, gravitational or other fields that were inadvertently ignored, etc. Then, they maintain, repeated experiments and improvements in accuracy will always bring one's observations closer to the theoretically predicted results. When dealing with situations on an ordinary human scale, Newtonian physics has been so enormously successful that it has no competition. But it fails spectacularly as velocities become some substantial fraction of the speed of light and when interactions at the atomic scale are studied. Before the discovery of quantum effects and other challenges to Newtonian physics, "uncertainty" was always a term that applied to the accuracy of human knowledge about causes and effects, and not to the causes and effects themselves.

Newtonian mechanics as well as any following physical theories are results of observations and experiments, and so they describe "how it all works" within a tolerance. However, old western scientists believed if there are any logical connections found between an observed cause and effect, there must be also some absolute natural laws behind. Belief in perfect natural laws driving everything, instead of just describing what we should expect, led to searching for a set of universal simple laws that rule the world. This movement significantly encouraged deterministic views in western philosophy, as well as the related theological views of Classical Pantheism.

James Avery "You know you are going to hell don't you," I heard someone say from behind me as I was putting out the signs I had chosen to display at the entrance to my driveway behind the "Useless Green Acre Faggot's fence. "How would ... YOU ... know! Already ... BEEN ... there," I shot back before even fully turning around and seeing who it was confronting me. It was an older woman wearing dark sunglasses sitting passenger side of a well used compact truck that had stopped partially off the road onto my driveway. Didn't even hear them pulling up behind me! "I bet you are an Obama lover, " she then says to me as I took a couple of steps in her direction; now able seeing she had a small dog sitting in her lap on top of a pillow. Not sure how looked sadder, the Chihuahua or the young man driving this truck? "If having to be a choice, I most certainly am an Obama lover! If there is anyone to be going to Hell, most certainly going to be the likes of you! Unfortunately, I do not believe in a Hell...either," I said to her. Immediately the truck begins moving and pulling back onto the road as this woman begins screaming something at me as they drove off. Although she was screaming pretty loud, was not able making out what she was saying. Wishing now I had said "fortunately" instead of "unfortunately;" even when intuition telling me this family (?) were not "Fag" enablers.

Hello Officer Davis,

Will see you Thursday August 3, 2017 2pm your office.

Would be nice if Officer Housworth, my public defender Ingrid McGaughey, and DeKalb County Mobile Crisis Unit Nurse Bob Duckworth were to join us? Even a pastor or two from both Glenn Memorial United Methodist Church and St. Mark United Methodist Church would be nice? Representative Mary Margaret Oliver and/or Senator Parent, even Commissioner Rader...AWESOME?!

As to how any of you can help resolve this neighborhood conflict, it's pretty much the same with all of you:

Within your job descriptions, maybe not anything? Outside of your job description, I am aware may put your jobs at risk?

But don't worry. Won't be holding my breath.

Jesus loves me—this I know,
For the Bible tells me so;
Little ones to Him belong—
They are weak, but He is strong.

IT AIN'T GOSSIP IF TRUE!

Refrain
Yes, Jesus loves me!
Yes, Jesus loves me!
Yes, Jesus loves me!
The Bible tells me so.

IT AIN'T GOSSIP IF TRUE!

Jesus loves me—He who died
Heaven’s gate to open wide;
He will wash away my sin,
Let His little child come in.

IT AIN'T GOSSIP IF TRUE!

Refrain

Jesus loves me—loves me still,
Though I’m very weak and ill;
From His shining throne on high
Comes to watch me where I lie.

WHOA! That is ... ROAD KILL ... if I ever heard one! ROAD KILL!

Refrain

Jesus loves me—He will stay
Close beside me all the way,
Then His little child will take
Up to Heaven for His dear sake.

HOWDY, HOWDY GOOD NEIGHBORS!
WHY DID THE CHICKEN CROSS THE ROAD?
IT AIN'T GOSSIP IF TRUE!
THE REST JUST SURVIVORS BIAS!

ONE DOOR AND ONLY ONE,
YET THEIR SIDES ARE TWO.
INSIDE AND OUTSIDE,
WHICH SIDE CHOOSE YOU?

AS GOD'S HOUSE IS MIDDLE OF OUR STREET,
I'D RATHER NOT GO THERE.
BUT THERE IS A SIDEWALK RUNNING DOWN MY SIDE OF THE STREET.
COME PROSELYTIZE WITH ME SWEETHEARTS! LET'S GET OUR MONEYS WORTH OUT OF THESE SIDEWALKS! COME PROSELYTIZE WITH ME SOMETIME!

I'm getting sick and tired of being triangulated off everyone's congeniality bias.

Thank you,

My family owns 1841 Mason Mill Rd. directly across the street from 1840. The owner of 1840 has harassed my family personally and online for years without provocation. My parents moved out as a result. We may never be able to sell property with the psychotic, drug-induced behaviors and outrageous, profane displays in the front yard of 1840. Be advised that he is a relentless, sadistic provocateur who enjoys notoriety and confrontation. Thank you for your prompt action. ~(OVERHEARD NEXTDOOR.COM)~ -Matthew 15New International Version (NIV)

That Which Defiles
15 Then some Pharisees and teachers of the law came to Jesus from Jerusalem and asked, 2 “Why do your disciples break the tradition of the elders? They don’t wash their hands before they eat!”

3 Jesus replied, “And why do you break the command of God for the sake of your tradition? 4 For God said, ‘Honor your father and mother’[a] and ‘Anyone who curses their father or mother is to be put to death.’[b] 5 But you say that if anyone declares that what might have been used to help their father or mother is ‘devoted to God,’ 6 they are not to ‘honor their father or mother’ with it. Thus you nullify the word of God for the sake of your tradition. 7 You hypocrites! Isaiah was right when he prophesied about you:

8 “‘These people honor me with their lips,
but their hearts are far from me.
9 They worship me in vain;
their teachings are merely human rules.’[c]”
10 Jesus called the crowd to him and said, “Listen and understand. 11 What goes into someone’s mouth does not defile them, but what comes out of their mouth, that is what defiles them.”

12 Then the disciples came to him and asked, “Do you know that the Pharisees were offended when they heard this?”

13 He replied, “Every plant that my heavenly Father has not planted will be pulled up by the roots. 14 Leave them; they are blind guides.[d] If the blind lead the blind, both will fall into a pit.”

15 Peter said, “Explain the parable to us.”

16 “Are you still so dull?” Jesus asked them. 17 “Don’t you see that whatever enters the mouth goes into the stomach and then out of the body? 18 But the things that come out of a person’s mouth come from the heart, and these defile them. 19 For out of the heart come evil thoughts—murder, adultery, sexual immorality, theft, false testimony, slander. 20 These are what defile a person; but eating with unwashed hands does not defile them.”http://www.dictionary.com/browse/provocateur

James Avery When I look at this painting: I see... someone who could have been someone's son? I see... someone who could have been someone's brother? I see...someone who could have been someone's lover. But I also see two other men hanging from crosses who could have been some child's parent?
