Hello Probation Supervisor Officer Davis,
I'm forwarding to you the email I had received from a Dr. Carol Pitts; Clinical Director of Care and Counseling Center of Georgia. Just wanting you to know that I am seriously attempting honoring our Judge McCoyd's request that I submit to a court ordered clinical/mental health evaluation for substance abuse.
In an attempt keeping short, a long story obvious to me no one wanting to hear, it's important that you and everyone else understand that this is not my first encounter this Carol Pitts in my attempts addressing what I'm already aware to be "triggers" for "my" substance abuse.
And that "terse" bitch be one them!
Therefore from this point we shall know of her as "Terse" Pitts; absolutely refuse acknowledging this woman as a professional until she earning that respect.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)for Addiction Recovery
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is provided in accordance with the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) best practices for level 2.1, which emphasizes an integrated approach.
Program lengths are tailored to each person. This level of care is highly structured and is often recommended for persons who need more than individual counseling, or for those who are stepping down from an inpatient hospitalization program.
Assessments determine whether treatment is needed and the appropriate level of care. We use evidence-based treatments including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based Relapse Prevention, and DBT skills.
Clinical Evaluation and Court Ordered Services
We offer Clinical Evaluations, Alcohol/Drug Evaluations and Anger Management Evaluations. These assessments are usually mandated through the court, state, and/or probation officer, or suggested by a lawyer. The evaluations are used as a tool to determine one’s need for treatment. After the evaluation, recommendations are given as to the level of care needed.
I'm able seeing no reason why we can't at least "start my journey" for this substance abuse with our Care and Counseling Center of Georgia. Then going from there. What rights does this "Terse" Pitts have referring me to Winn Way in the first place without a comprehensive evaluation?
This point aside, as I am already a patient within the Emory Healthcare system, why not Emory Healthcare?!

However, I'm still wanting seeking the help I need at CCCG.
Although willing to pay the full rate for their exceptional service, wouldn't hurt applying for Glenn Memorial Assistance Funds in addition to trying getting a support group started at Glenn Memorial for children abusing drugs because of having Methodist parents! I'm definitely seeing a possible connection here!
Sincerely yours,

P.S. As much as I've been through, cut me some slack here will ya! What's the fun of being crazy if you can't have fun with it? Oh yeah, someone need to inform our "Terse" Pitts that we've already try that end of America's Health Care System with me! They didn't like me either! Probably why you couldn't get them doing it again? Who knows?
Them Master of Divinity degrees within the walls of this CCCG exactly what I'm needing triangulating from with my frustrations (confessionals)!

Subject: Fw: Court Ordered Evaluation for Substance Abuse
Hello Carol,
This is James Avery, the defendant 1840 Mason Mill Road.
It's been a good while since the brief phone conversation between the two of us my failed attempt seeking CCCG's help facilitating some sort of reconciliation meetings between me, the neighbors once living in the house directly across the street from mine whom the patriarch George Robert Gary, Sr. MDiv, ThD also happened to be one of CCCG's counselors at the time, as well as with the "United" Methodist Church in general.
Well a lot has happened since this phone conversation cut short by you without any explanation given to me as to why you thought it "absurd" this attempt of mine at reconciliation with the Methodist Church in general? As this extremely brief phone conversation between the two of us cut short by you could technically be considered our very first consultation session together, I believe it fair of me judging your behavior/conduct ...unprofessional.
Well I'm just going forward to you an email having just receive from my probation supervisor Officer Davis that I'm hoping ... alone ... will be self explanatory as to what I'm seeking with CCCG?
And that you will reach out to me as to what it will take making this happen?
And soon!
Sincerely yours,
James E. Avery, D.V.M.

P.S. Once you are okay with one person dying for your sins so you may live, what's to stop you from being okay with the whole world dying for your sins so you may live? Where's the incentive for any of the rest behaving any less indifferent? Jesus was a code compliance problem! When you have two of the same thing, you only need but one! Praise be to THY GOOD LORD for HIS next door/ not so next door neighbors...BEATING YOU TO IT! Jesus had it easy! All he had to do was give everyone a hug! Two thousand years later, I'm having NEXTDOOR.COM having to deal with! GREAT! Don't like the neighborhood you currently are living, just go online and create one more to your liking! GREAT! JUST FUCKING GREAT!
James,
You are to have an evaluation for substance abuse…. Give them my information (e-mail) in order for them to send me a copy of the comprehensive evaluation and any recommendations..

Hello Ingrid,
Just exactly what am I supposed to be requesting when I go seeking this court ordered drug addiction evaluation/counseling. Exactly what is it that Judge McCoyd will need to be seeing or hearing upon our next code compliance hearing scheduled for October 17, 2017?
It's really unfair that I'm unable getting any hard copy confirmations of these hearings.
|
|
Also, Glenn Memorial UMC is refusing allowing me participating with their nine week book study involving race/racism. Exactly the type of mental activity I'm needing to involved with before we are able successfully helping me with my end of this drug addiction. The irony of all this!
Also, I've received from my sister copies of letters being sent to her by someone supposedly a neighbor of mine. And I'm finding interesting the part involving you Ingrid. By any chance are you discussing my case with Mary Hinkel? Mary Hinkel the one having informed you that I had been banned from NEXTDOOR.COM?
|
|
Should you take the time reading all within this NEXTDOOR.COM tread against my property started by Mary Hinkel, keep in mind everything in red had been deleted before eventually getting banned from NEXTDOOR.COM entirely. And then Mary Hinkel turns right around and does it again. That woman is the "TRAGEDY OF THE HUMANKIND!"
Sincerely yours,
Mr. Avery!
