Hello Dante,

This is James Avery, defendant 1840 Mason Mill Road.

Spoke with Bjorn Gustafsson couple of days ago, the owner of property 1849 Mason Mill Road from where you staked out my property.  He's telling me that they had not given you permission staking out my property from their driveway...?

Anyway, not important as they didn't seem too concerned/bothered by your actions..

What I'm wanting to know, why didn't you just take me up on my offer and park your news mobile in my driveway; interview me in person?
