Hello Officer Davis and Officer Housworth,
This is James Avery at 1840 Mason Mill Road.
Had a meeting with Public Defenders Whitney Gibbs and Ingrid McGaughey this afternoon regarding following emails:

WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!
The question brought up by these two has to do with whether I have thirty days bringing my property in compliance with Code Ordinance or not?! That Probation Officer Davis could revoke terms of probation withing the thirty days by continuing to violate code ordinances?!
Well I have been continuing to put my signs out in my yard.
But no more than four..?!
So, appearing as it will be Probation Officer Davis and Officer Housworths bringing any future violations of DeKalb County Code Ordinances by defendant residing 1840 Mason Mill Road to the attention of our Honorable Matthew McCoyd; I am going to try and ask of Officer Housworth, this time paired with Probation Officer Davis, one more time if the three crosses (including accessories hanging off them) are in violation of any code ordinances.
I am trying to comply the best I can while at the same time needing an outlet expressing myself.

I think it's only fair, unless other intentions no different than theirs, working with me on this instead of making it possible of them shutting me up!!!

Hello officers of dekalb county code enforcement, this is Donna Avery Devine sister to the infamous James Avery!! Why r you not answering his e-mail about what he can and can't put in his yard! He seems like he is trying to comply and ya'll r ignoring him!
