Hello Ingrid, Whitney,

I'm still waiting on transcripts, court recordings, copies of public defenders records, etc.,; any records related to my case?  What's taking so long?  Any idea as to when I should be able receiving them?

I've even sent Officer Housworth two emails regarding the three crosses in my yard; whether they were considered signs or not?  As usual, I am hearing nothing.

If DeKalb County sincerely wishes I abide by terms of probation, they certainly are not being helpful.  If there is one thing I am still certain about, it's not me who's not doing the right thing as it relates to inappropriate signage 1840 Mason Mill Road.  My behavior most certainly an appropriate reaction to the manipulation and deception I'm witnessing; rational.

P.S. 

Saturday, four signs were stolen from my yard broad daylight.  They used to be stolen only at night.  Now...they don't even bother to wait..   Now that's what I call a neighborhood watch program.  And the funny thing,  when I'm out in my front yard for what ever reason,  you can count on those houses within view of mine not getting robbed in broad daylight.  In fact, just so happened to be fiddling with my signs when neighbors', living 1848 Mason Mill Road, dogs got loose...TWICE!

Hi Mr. Avery,

I have emailed the deputy clerk over here, yet again,
to request a recording of your transcripts. That makes a total
of three requests. I'm awaiting her answer.

Also, I was previously given the wrong email address for the court reporter.
I now have the correct email address and have emailed her requesting the transcript
as well as the cost for producing the transcript.

I will let you know when I receive a response.
