About Me

My photo
Hearing impaired (tendency to appear dumb, dense, and/or aloof), orthodox atheist (believe faith more harmful than doubt), self depreciating sense of humor (confident/not to be confused with low self esteem), ribald sense of humor (satorical/mocking when sensing Condescension), confirmed bachelor (my fate if not my choosing), freakish inclination (unpredictable non-traditionalist opinions), free spirit (nor conformist bohemian) Believe others have said it better...... "Jim! You can be SO SMART, but you can be SO DUMB!" "Jim! You make such a MARTYR of yourself." "He's a nice guy, but...." "You must be from up NORTH!" "You're such a DICK!" "You CRAZY!" "Where the HELL you from?" "Don't QUITE know how to take your personality." My favorite, "You have this... NEED... to be....HONEST!"

Greetings Officer Housworth,

Per my visit January 31st, 2017 with Probation Officer Jumaane Davis after appearing, first, in court before Our Honorable Matthew McCoyd;  it it my understanding that the two of you will be making visits out to my home together verifying whether or not I'm am in compliance with conditions set for probation.

Out of twenty-nine citations, I had only been prosecuted for eleven of them; code ordinance limiting signage to no more than twenty-four square feet aggregate allowed per residential property.   This would be one citation for same code ordinance violation per inspection for a total of eleven citations (trips); which leaves five other sign code ordinances having violated with my signs making up the rest of these twenty-nine citations.

Earlier, just before this court hearing got underway,  I attempted finding out from you whether or not the three crosses were considered signs or in violations of any other code ordinances?  And I'm only finding it difficult/confusing, how, not just with you but with all of DeKalb County's Code Enforcers, getting answers to what should be a straightforward question, e.g.;

"If I take the words off the cross, will it still be considered a sign?

or

"Show me exactly where I can place these four signs you know will not be in violation of any sign code ordinances?"

But instead, all I've been getting from our DeKalb County Code Enforcers in response to questions of mine asked during these trips out to my home;

"Something to consider."
~(Officer Lorena)~

and

"Just have to wait and take it up with the judge."
~(Officer Housworth)~

If you don't want DeKalb County's citizens violating DeKalb County Codes Ordinances, you simply answer these questions before writing them up a citation; not after.

And was not helpful that there was no discussions about these other five citations during the trial.  Now without a chance challenging these five code ordinance during the trial, it's automatic violation of terms set for probation.   This is manipulation and deception eliminating consent! A conspiracy!

So before making these trips out to my home with  Probation Officer Jumaane Davis,  could you list every violations you are aware of my signs having violated, including, but not limited to those already having received a citation.  God knows you've made enough trips out here by now, able answering this question without the need for another inspection?

Unless obedient to fickle judges?

This issue aside,  there is one active case within my file Code Enforcement Division not able receiving a copy or even inspecting...?

Is there anything you are able sharing with me about this active case/file?  What would need to happen in order for this file to be closed; me allowed receiving a copy?   By any chance, would it have anything to do with the day James Wagner cluelessly happens to be driving by and stops to chat with me about the signs?

Yet for all this, his anger is not turned away, his hand is still upraised,

Simply Jim
~(8!0)~

P.S.

For each day I continue be to harassed/ignored over my signs...
that just one more day the rest of you continue to be guilty of the wrongly accused Charles Butts' "one-man-crime wave" in Tennessee;
provocateur to the crimes by Dylan Roof as protector of Counsel for Conservative Citizen's First Amendment rights.
