Hello Claudia, Ingrid,

I'm still wanting to know just what were these excellent issues to appeal?   

Why were they not mentioned to me by anyone our Law Office of Public Defenders DeKalb County?

What was the answer given to Claudia as to whether or not I wanted to appeal?

We all know the short answer to the last question was no; that I was not going to appeal.

But there was more to that ..."no?"  

That's the part I'm mainly interested in hearing.

I'm having no doubt there being excellent issues to appeal.

Would it be possible of me getting the names of all those having shown up as witnesses against me this probation revocation hearing?   In addition to Mary Hinkel (Acting President Mason Mill Civic Association, Charles  W.  Bliss (Pathological Lying Useless Green Acre Faggot) , Bobby B. Rasulnia (Iranian Uranium Enrichment Concubine), Carol Pitts (Clinical Director Care and Counseling Center of Georgia), Jacques Khorozian (Chief Executive Officer American Alternative Court Services), Faith Clifford,  and Attorney for DeKalb County Stephanie Klein)?

Also I'm wanting to bring to your attention that it appears a lot of supporters having posted comments to Bobby Rasulnia's petition asking that DeKalb County enhance and accelerate the enforcement of DeKalb County Sign Code Ordinances against my property have been removing their comments from this petition...?  Including Mr. Bliss comment claiming I was interfering with his constitutional rights to the pursuit of happiness..?  As well as Rev. Dr. Elizabeth Lunz, widow to Rev. Dr. Manfred Hoffman, accusing me of being a domestic terrorist as well as praying for help from DeKalb County?

Those were triggers!   And removing them definitely tampering with the evidences!

Can you please contact Mr. Avery and see if he wants to appeal and if so, will he hire his own attorney or does he want the court to appoint us to represent him on appeal.  This was quite a case and it appears to me there are some excellent issues to appeal.  I also heard that you did a wonderful job representing a very challenging client.
