Hello Donna,

Well the appointment with Winn Way's Drug Addiction Clinic was a disappointment.  Heard nothing there sounding encouraging enough to even bother.   

As far as the competency evaluation this morning with a Dr. Peggy Flanagan at our Law Office of Public Defenders Dekalb County,  actually enjoyed the evaluation.  Found it quite pleasant chatting with her.  But this is not the same as saying Dr. Flanagan will find me competent; focused enough with my answers to her questions.

Anyway, not sure how long it will take getting the results/write up of this evaluation from Dr. Flanagan, however, Public Defender Ingrid said trial date would probably be more like a month from now..?

Not much else to tell you.
