Hoping your Thanksgiving Holiday went well. As expected, mine was quiet; although Bob an Janet Gary's former home across the street from mine seemed unusually festive compared to any Holiday since having moved into my home Oct. 1994. But the way their house is built, you only know when people are there by the cars parked their U-shaped driveway.
Anyway, just wanting an update on how the subpoena for the substance abuse evaluation forms/questionnaire AACS having had me filling out before AACS abruptly terminating the evaluation and refunding the full amount having prepaid online before able scheduling an appointment with AACS for my court ordered clinical evaluation for substance abuse.
In addition to the competency evaluation scheduled for November 30th, also wanting to let you know that I have an appointment with Winn Way Mental Health Services this coming Monday November 27, 2017 9:15 AM. Although supposedly a continuation of treatment resulting from recent involuntary admittance to DeKalb County Crisis Unit/Georgia Regional Hospital, I'm actually asking of them starting off with providing me with a clinical evaluation for substance abuse report with recommendations able our Honorable Matthew McCoyd holding in his hands.
