Jesus Drives Out an Impure Spirit
21 They went to Capernaum, and when the Sabbath came, Jesus went into the synagogue and began to teach. 22 The people were amazed at his teaching, because he taught them as one who had authority, not as the teachers of the law. 23 Just then a man in their synagogue who was possessed by an impure spirit cried out, 24 “What do you want with us, Jesus of Nazareth? Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are—the Holy One of God!”
25 “Be quiet!” said Jesus sternly. “Come out of him!” 26 The impure spirit shook the man violently and came out of him with a shriek.
27 The people were all so amazed that they asked each other, “What is this? A new teaching—and with authority! He even gives orders to impure spirits and they obey him.” 28 News about him spread quickly over the whole region of Galilee.

"KNOW WHO YOU ARE"

Just too funny.
Before service starting, I had the good fortune meeting and talking with one of St. Mark's Hospitality Team for this morning; a Dame Julie Arms Meeks.
After first verifying with another woman who was standing near-by, whether St. Mark would be introducing the new members during this service, I asked:
"What percentage of this congregation would you guess started off being raised as a Methodist as opposed to joining a Methodist Church later in life;
that I had been practically raised by the First United Methodist Church within the small town of Prescott, Arkansas the first eighteen years of my life?
Just too funny.
Before service starting, I had the good fortune meeting and talking with one of St. Mark's Hospitality Team for this morning; a Dame Julie Arms Meeks.

Roughly seventy percent was Julie's answer.
The woman I had asked this question turned and asked this question of Julie instead. From this point on, it was just me and Julie chatting for a good bit.
I liked listening to this worman;
loud, clear, and confident.
We discussed, civic rights, Democrats vs. Republicans vs. Progressives; even abortions.
"You cannot be Pro-life without being Pro-death somewhere else;
may even end up a better mother for it."

We seemed to agree on just about everything until I popped the big question:
"Why believe in God?"
To which she quickly answers back at me:
"Why not?!"
Me then asking with a slight smile:
"What does God's
silence in the penultimacy mean and do for you would do the same for me
should I choose allowing God doing so?"
I'm thinking we ended up agreeing that God was neutral..?
However,
I thought her answer, "seventy percent", extremely doubtful.
And ...
she might have realized this herself as well.

Was only wanting to exchange phone numbers in order for us continuing our converstaion.

This email was intended to precede the one I ended up sending, instead, to the Emory Police requesting that I be able hearing from them, in person, these two conflicting reports regarding my "disruptive" behavior I'm understanding to have been shared with you.
Have heard nothing from Emory Police regarding an active file they have on me...? Have heard nothing from DeKalb County Code Enforcers regarding any recent complaints relating to my yard signs...? Have heard nothing from Care and Counseling Center of Georgia requesting hard copy evidence from their Clinical Director Carol Pitts verifying the discussion/conclusion within her returned phone call to me..? Have heard nothing so far from Rena, the secretary of First United Methodist Church of Prescott, Arkansas, regarding contact information for the current pastor of same church I grew up with the first eighteen years of my life...? I have heard nothing from my distant cousin Politician Mike Avery Ross...?
I hear nothing!
Just silence.

Would you mind telling me as best as you understand the situation, why there is a supposedly restraining order barring me from coming onto the grounds of Glenn Memorial UMC and even the grounds of Emory University? Maybe even changing your choice of wording to better reflect the actual situation/conflict as it currently stands? I'm definitely thinking more along the lines of "a shunning".
The more detailed (as well as accurate) the information I receive, the more efficiently productive this will enable our one hour meeting together as you drink your drug of choice; the less need for me to be so "disruptive" the future beyond.
And yet still you were dismissive of my request

Reconciliation, in Christian theology, is an element of salvation that refers to the results of atonement. Reconciliation is the end of the estrangement, caused by original sin, between God and humanity. John Calvin describes reconciliation as the peace between humanity and God that results from the expiation of religious sin and the propitiation of God's wrath. Evangelical theologian Philip Ryken describes reconciliation in this way; "It is part of the message of Salvation that brings us back together with God. ... Josh, please do make sure Alice reads this part even though she will be receiving a copy.
Assuming you have a beautiful young family as well Josh, even better if the two be adopted (otherwise just Jesus Fucking Christ Carry's On); tell Alice she needs to go to the humane society or animal control and adopt a dog or a cat in need of a home.
