Bobby, I take issue with your comment that the neighborhood has been complicit around this issue. Neighborhood associations have no legal standing in Georgia; they can only support those who do - the property owners surrounding Jim Ed. As you state, the civic association appeared with you in court, and that is, until now, the last time that I know of that we were asked to be involved. Unfortunately, that did not stop Jim Ed's behavior.

I'm very glad that the mention of mental health services attempted engagement was mentioned. We all know that is the heart of these ongoing issues. The more the community can engage, potentially this owner can get the help that they need. In my very humble opinion, every sign and every violation is an indication of the wider mental health needs of this individual. That is no excuse and is indicated by my support for this process, and everyone engaging in it. I really hope that at the next hearing some sort of arrangement can be made. Good luck to all!

And I will say the same thing to these other neighbors of mine: If they are unable successfully defending their viewpoints, then only they know how best to correct this problem.

is what I like about believing in "ZERO" God (with a big "G" and still remain an atheist) as opposed to "ONE" god (with a little "g" and just be another one of our many, many, "person of faith"). If someone wanting to claim believing in a God, then we have a God...

Long Answer: After the County Solicitor conducted a pre-trial discussion with the property owner, the County Solicitor returned to the courtroom and reported to the Judge concern that the property owner was scattered in thought, unable to focus, and stating he would simply pay the fine and return home and hang himself.
Actually the "Correct Answer" should have been much longer.
Caught off guard, surprised, by the number of people actually showing up for this trial, I had asked Solicitor Graham who were the two concerned citizens of my neighborhood that were going to be representing the rest? Not only had I not been informed, previous court hearing, about there being any limits on the number of neighbors able testifying at this this court hearing, Solicitor Graham acted as if she had no clue what I was talking about; didn't know how many would be testifying. When I started talking about the petition, again, not only both her and Officer Housworth claiming clueless about any petition, even had Solicitor Graham claiming a petition wouldn't have anything to do with this hearing anyway. She refused to hear anymore about the petition.
Then I asked her what order we would be speaking; would it be the same as court hearing Feb.2013 before Judge Withers with the plaintiffs speaking first before me? Again she said she didn't know; would be up to Judge McCord.
Realizing I was getting nowhere with our County Solicitor Graham, this is when I told her, "I'm still pleading 'Not Guilty'; but I'm saying...NOTHING... during the trial."
"BUT YOU REQUESTED A TRIAL," she says to me frustrated.
"I said...NOT...guilty. The trial was automatic," I answered back.
After hearing her telling me that she was then going to be asking $1000.00 fine per citation with a four month probation period, not caring whether others from our neighborhood got to speak or not, I wasted no time in telling her that I would rather write her a check for $50,000.00 then heading straight home and hanging myself.
Solicitor Graham then uncomfortably volunteers having me mentally evaluated.
"I've already been...MENTALLY...evaluated! Is it fair calling someone's problem a psychosis if the triggers for his supposedly bipolar-ism is the survivors, confirmation, congeniality bias of others? Those with a surplus are better able controlling their circumstances. Those without a surplus are controlled by those with the surplus. One is not always able exercising good judgement."
Then I tried talking about the petition again, about Judge Nelly "FVCK THE LORAX" Withers' immaculate ejaculation previous court hearing, even attempted explaining why I wasn't having a lawyer representing me. Solicitor Graham was hearing none of it! "Constantly going off on a tangent" being her summarization before the Judge our hallway pre-trial hearing.

The same as I believe it is wrong of obtuse old people such as Bob and Janet Gary, even my mother, leaving the rest of us behind having to suffer the consequences of their votes long after they have departed, I'm also believing it wrong of me voting along the same line of reasoning; I'm just not certain I have enough money getting me completely through another election cycle without selling my home and moving...AGAIN.

Let us not forget, I did try co-opting this petition in my attempt getting signature to the petition in support of DeKalb County enforcing not only its sign code ordinances against my property, but also enforcing its Green Laws county wide.
But no! Not only were there no signatures in support of my proposal, I even had, not only, all my counterpoints to comments posted to this petition against my property deleted; even banned from Change.org entirely!
SILENCE = CONSENT (DEAD OR ALIVE) DIALOGUE = PURGATORY
And I absolutely will not be moving...AGAIN.
Nor will I become homeless

(Dear Shirley continued - Part III)
Though the main purpose of the Priests Rape Boys website is to criticize Catholicism, the WBC also criticizes several mainline Protestant churches on the website, including Methodists, Presbyterians, Lutherans, Anglicans, and Baptists. The WBC states that
...their preachers have shirked their responsibility to tell people the truth about sin, and instead lie to them about what the Lord their God doth require of them. If these lying, false prophets told people the truth about what God says regarding those who suffer sin upon their neighbor (Lev. 19:17–18), there wouldn't be any butts in the seats when the plate got passed. These preachers are not preachers of righteousness, they are teachers having itching ears (2Tim 4:3), and they absolutely count on the abysmal bible illiteracy of their parishioners ... "Priests rape boys" is indeed an air-tight, three word case against all of the mainline "christian" churches – their preachers and members, without exception. They are all going to Hell!
Although I do not completely agree with the over generalization with the above statement by your church, you did hit it on the nose with our Methodist. They do have "itching ears."
Because of a feud between me and members of Glenn Memorial United Methodist Church located on Emory Campus, I have recently conceptualized my suicide based on my theological orientation. Was wondering, would you and your church be interested in pre-emptively picketing the funeral of TAO~g(SIMPLY JIM: METHODIST FAG THE POLITICAL CATALYST)d~OG at his home.
I do own my home outright.
And there is a sidewalk running down my side of the street as well.
And you are most welcome to picket my home from this sidewalk passing through my property while your van parked in my driveway.
Or you could turn you attention elsewhere?
As the faculty and students are leaving Emory University during later part of the afternoons; can be a good bit of traffic passing by in front of my home. Sometimes backing up on Mason Mill Road down the hill in front of my home due to stoplight at the Clairmont intersection just up the hill.

Although I do not completely agree with the over generalization with the above statement by your church, you did hit it on the nose with our Methodist. They do have "itching ears."
Because of a feud between me and members of Glenn Memorial United Methodist Church located on Emory Campus, I have recently conceptualized my suicide based on my theological orientation. Was wondering, would you and your church be interested in pre-emptively picketing the funeral of TAO~g(SIMPLY JIM: METHODIST FAG THE POLITICAL CATALYST)d~OG at his home.
I do own my home outright.

I had set myself up to be perfectly okay with an outcome in Phelps favor before the ruling even made public.

I couldn't care less how many people sign this petition; or believe most of these comments to even be sincere. As this neighborhood has repeatedly failed to include me in on any of these discussion regarding my property, It's definitely all about the end justifying the means.

The court date originally scheduled in June has been moved, at the resident’s request, to Tuesday, July 12th at 9:00 a.m. The case will be heard in the Magistrate’s Court located at 3630 Camp Circle, Decatur, GA 30032. We have been told that with the strengthening of the code enforcement process this past year, it is not enough for a defendant to enter a plea and pay a fine; now, no case is disposed of until the matter is finally rectified. While residents will not be called to testify at this hearing, it is important that we have a good turnout of concerned citizens in the courtroom. We will keep you posted if the date and time change.
It was not at my request that the court date be rescheduled. In fact, it even appears all my neighbors knew about this scheduled change but me?
And I would very much like to be kept informed as to who all plans on showing up for this court hearing.

Well, disappointing show of concerned residents today. Just Mary Hinkel, Bobby Rasulnia, and Charles Bliss. Wish all of you could have been there to see this. Those three stood out big time the way the three of them huddled together in the back corner bench. I'm assuming I did as well sitting up front with the rest of my compeers (criminals). Oh yeah! Almost forgot! The court room was packed! So...the four of us took up seats four others more deserving, those having to appear in court and having to stand in the back, should have had instead. I tell you what should have been stopping traffic abruptly in front of my house: an eighty-five year old black man on top of the Gary's house with a blower! But no. That's not the sort of thing that decreases one's property value is it? Any way, I pleaded "Not guilty." So the trial is scheduled for 08/09/2016 at 2:00pm.

I'm still waiting for an answer to the question I'd asked of you regarding whether or not you entered my home, at my mother's request who had called you from my hometown of Prescott, Arkansas attempting to make sure my cats got feed, that Fourth of July weekend of 2011 I was first admitted involuntarily to DeKalb Crisis Center?
I do believe I have a right to know the answer to this question as my mother's refusal even considering the possiblity that the two of you may have lied to her is one of the reasons I have been refusing all contact with my mother now for over two years.
She's wanting so badly believing that you used a ladder of mine climbing upon to my deck (which may very well be true) and entering my home through the sunroom door. Although I cannot say that I remember for a fact that the sunroom door was locked when I returned home a week later after having been released, I do remember being surprised finding not only had they locked the doors, that they even turned off the A.C.using the switch on the unit itself located in the basement instead of turning it off at the thermostat in the hallway; that the police had actually gone all through my home without me being present. They even somehow found my set of keys and made sure they were given to me upon release.
Anyway, back to the issue of whether or not you entered my home?
Except for a few opened empty cans of cat food outside the house placed on the other deck (which can be accessed without the need for a ladder) near hottub and a few opened empty cans of cat food down in the back yard, saw nothing indicating someone actually entering my home and feeding the cats?
I'm not outright accusing you of lying to my mother; afterall, she was needing to be comforted. But you would have been able, at least, seeing my cats food and water dish looking through the window after using a ladder climbing upon to the deck the otherside of the sunroom away from the hottub side.
While on the subject of cats, what did the two of you end up doing with that dead cat I went to all that trouble making sure made it's way home safely to it's rightful owners?

Anyway, the reason I'm not voting;
The same as I believe it is wrong of obtuse old people such as Bob and Janet Gary, even my mother, leaving the rest of us behind having to suffer the consequences of their votes long after they have departed, I'm also believing it wrong of me voting along the same line of reasoning; I'm just not certain I have enough money getting me completely through another election cycle without selling my home and moving...AGAIN.

Let us not forget, I did try co-opting this petition in my attempt getting signature to the petition in support of DeKalb County enforcing not only its sign code ordinances against my property, but also enforcing its Green Laws county wide.
But no! Not only were there no signatures in support of my proposal, I even had, not only, all my counterpoints to comments posted to this petition against my property deleted; even banned from Change.org entirely!
SILENCE = CONSENT (DEAD OR ALIVE) DIALOGUE = PURGATORY
And I asolutely will not be moving...AGAIN.
Nor will I become homeless

that's seven billion people.
And the best part, our 296 signatures to this petition so far should be able being the one's getting the credit as the one's willingly volunteering themselves being the one's steering the rest of you straight through heaven into hell on a mass scale.
It's your decision...
Am I the one who's the aethetic nuisance to your neighborhood?
Am I the one who's the detriment to your property's value?
Am I the one who's hazarous to your general public welfare?
It's even your decision how fast I should get to stay or should I go?

NOT ONLY WAS I UNABLE GETTING MY MOTHER SHOWING SUPPORT FOR HER GAY SON BY VOTING FOR OBAMA, I WAS UNABLE GETTING HER VOTING FOR OBAMA AFTER INFORMING HER THAT'S WHO HILLIARY WOULD HAVE WANTED HER VOTING FOR.
