The DeKalb County Solicitor General's office has notified us that the judge has moved the code violation trial for the property owner at 1840 Mason Mill Road to Friday, January 20, at 1:00 p.m. The trial will be in the main courthouse in downtown Decatur (556 N. McDonough Street) in courtroom D on the first floor.  (The change is due to courtroom availability.)

We encourage any of you who are interested and can attend the trial to do so.  It is important that we continue to communicate that we care about our neighborhood and are concerned about the flagrant code violations exhibited by this property owner.

If you need/want a ride to the courthouse, please respond to this email and the civic association's leadership team will try and arrange for transportation.
