Lieutenant Manns, John Harper, Michael Meeks,
Sorry to be so disruptive; again for the sixth time.
This is James Avery, the resident at 1840 Mason Mill Road who has been trying to get copies of this active file under my name with the Emory Police. On my last visit in person with the Emory Police, you did give me a copy of the "latest/most recent" incidence report. Although I can take a pretty good guess what's in the file, this incidence report given to me on my last visit tells me... I REALLY DO NEED TO SEE...what is in this file and what is not in this file.
Again, I would like copies of all of it; an opportunity, as well as what should be my rights, adding my perspective in along side with the others...where needed.
I am suppose to have a meeting Monday January 5th, off-campus, with Assistant Rev. Josh Amerson of Glenn Memorial UMC to discuss a number of concerns of mine; including this file. It was like pulling teeth just getting this meeting to happen; and I'm going all the way back four years ago to the day I first met Betty Jo Copeland same Glenn Memorial office. This one hour meeting obviously will not be enough time for me airing my concerns without coming off as incoherent and/or belligerent; just too easy for Rev. Josh walking away from this much history of a "crackhead" story smelling like a rose when shouldn't be.
Originally I stopped by only wanting this meeting with their Senior Pastor Alice Rogers. Then this meeting became the three of us per Rev. Josh insistence after having interjected himself between me and their Communications Director Sarah Ladew as I was trying, only, leaving a message for their Senior Pastor requesting a meeting.
After not hearing back from Rev. Josh, about our upcoming threesome with their Senior Pastor Alice, within what I considered to be a reasonable amount of time; my so called..."DISRUPTIVE" behavior more than one occasion happens.
On one of those occasions I had the opportunity, by accident as I was only there dropping off two hula hoops with their Communications Directors as a reminder (plans using them as props later during my attempted discussion with these two pastors of Glenn Memorial regarding set theories/ecumenism and how they relate to drug addictions programs as well as interfering with twelve steps programs) to Rev. Josh and Rev. Dr. Alice about our upcoming meeting, asking Betty Jo if I had threatened her in any way that day four years ago I first stopped by wanting a meeting with Senior Pastor Jones or one of the others.
This dialogue exchange, between me and BJ, I'm wanting added to this file as me calling in a "suspicious behavior" incidence report much like the one you handed me called in by Sarah LaDew.
Rather than wait to hear what Rev. Josh has to say (or not say) about these two conflicting reports he's receiving from the Emory Police, I rather hear them myself first from the Emory Police. This I would consider to be "crime" prevention; not getting yourself involved as party to a "shunning."
Unless Rev. Josh is willing to guarantee us having another hour meeting within a reasonable amount of time after this upcoming meeting; I may postpone this meeting until after clearing up this matter of me having an active file with the Emory Police.
Will I be able requesting a meeting, discussing this active file, with you and/or your Captain before this meeting with Rev. Josh January 5th? If not...when could we discuss, in the spirit of crime prevention as opposed to ecumenism, this file more?
Sincerely yours,
James E. Avery, DVM
