Description of issue:

Currently believing I have been banned from Nextdoor.com by Neighborhood Lead Patrick Noonan? Did get an email informing me content has been removed; but nothing about no longer being able to log onto Nextdoor.com. Although I'm am aware of violating posting etiquette repeatedly, it's important that you understand that I only joined Nextdoor.com in the first place after it having been brought to my attention by two of your Nextdoor.com members becoming concerned, even alarmed, at what they were seeing within a flurry of postings by other neighbors of ours also members of your website to a discussion started about me by one of your neighborhood leads against someone yet still to have been invited joining in on these neighborly discussions. Please keep in mind that I'm living in a neighborhood having many residence associated one way or another with our near-by Emory University. Although not going so far as claiming these neighbors of mine to be bad people, or claiming any of them void of actions able proving them active wise, they are still a cliquish bunch who can be both wise and elitist pricks/cunts!

Anyway, whether you agree to my rights using whatever language I'm feeling appropriate with these neighbors of mine, calling them out on their use of perniciousness and prevarications, just needing to know whether I'm still a member or not; unable logging on for some other reason having nothing to do with your congeniality biased loaded Leads having ?selfless? intentions..plans...of their own?

It's beginning to appear that I've leaned how to loop God into a circle and hanging him from around our necks, or maybe it's just mine, like an albatross.

Before moving onto this piece of property next door to me, Bobby and his partner had no problem being "glib" / "dismissive" of all their soon to be new neighbors upset about them cutting down so many trees on their newly acquired property, in the process, violating DeKalb County's green laws.

DeKalb County themselves were dismissive of my two phoned in complaints with the first call being the one having first learned of DeKalb County's Green Laws and that of my soon to be new neighbors having already received from the county their approval for the removal of fourteen trees.

"This guy is a community nuisance, offensive, in violation, and direct defiance to county code ordinances. County code allows 24 sq ft ground signage 10 feet back from sidewalk. This resident has 120 sq ft ground signage, 5 times the allowable amount. Not to mention the seasonal inflatables, flag dancing, and yelling at cars. I want DeKalb county to uphold county codes to limit his infringement on my pursuit of happiness."

I own the property directly across. I have witnessed several unsafe conditions caused by this individual including locked braking and alarmed drivers due to brilliant colored flags being waved near traffic flow. I have witness very inappropriate language on signs. I have witness person sitting naked in lawn chair in driveway. I have had the person verbally harass me and person I have hired to perform work at my home. These behaviors are lowering property appeal and thus value in the local area.

The signage is heightened significantly at afternoon traffic times, and then reduced again. It is a very dangerous situation--we have seen people nearly run off the road as the orange flags were being waved.

My family owns 1841 Mason Mill Rd. directly across the street from 1840. The owner of 1840 has harassed my family personally and online for years without provocation. My parents moved out as a
