About Me

My photo
Hearing impaired (tendency to appear dumb, dense, and/or aloof), orthodox atheist (believe faith more harmful than doubt), self depreciating sense of humor (confident/not to be confused with low self esteem), ribald sense of humor (satorical/mocking when sensing Condescension), confirmed bachelor (my fate if not my choosing), freakish inclination (unpredictable non-traditionalist opinions), free spirit (nor conformist bohemian) Believe others have said it better...... "Jim! You can be SO SMART, but you can be SO DUMB!" "Jim! You make such a MARTYR of yourself." "He's a nice guy, but...." "You must be from up NORTH!" "You're such a DICK!" "You CRAZY!" "Where the HELL you from?" "Don't QUITE know how to take your personality." My favorite, "You have this... NEED... to be....HONEST!"

Bobby Rasulnia: Update to Case: County Code Violation Court Hearing July 12

PETITION UPDATE

Update to Case: County Code Violation Court Hearing July 12

Bobby Rasulnia
United States
JUL 9, 2016 — Good Morning Neighbors and Concerned Citizens,

The County has issued the resident at 1840 Mason Mill Rd 5 citations for his code violations. Despite receiving these citations, the resident at 1840 continues to violate the law on a daily basis since receiving the citations.

However, we are encouraged by the County's latest action to address code violations at 1840 Mason Mill Rd. A court hearing in this matter will occur on Tuesday, July 12th. The case will be heard in the Magistrate’s Court (Courtroom E) located at 3630 Camp Circle, Decatur, GA 30032. Doors are generally opened at 8:45 a.m. and the Judge begins the calendar call at about 9:15. There are a number of cases on the docket and the scheduling of the cases will be determined that morning by a certain protocol, so we can’t tell you the exact time the case will be heard. Nevertheless, concerned residents can – and may - want to attend.
