Mary Hinkel, 

 Mary Hinkel is director of campaign communications services at Coxe Curry & Associates, helping clients develop effective campaign marketing materials and proposals. She has prepared campaign materials or proposals for these clients: Atlanta Ballet, Atlanta BeltLine Partnership, Atlanta Community Food Bank, The Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation, Atlanta Habitat for Humanity, Piedmont Park Conservancy, The Salvation Army, Spelman College, The Whitefoord Community Program, The Woodruff Arts Center and the YMCA. 

On behalf of numerous Coxe Curry clients, Mary has written successful proposals to such national foundations as the GE Fund, Getty Foundation, The Kresge Foundation, The Wallace Foundation and the National Endowment for the Arts.  

Formerly, Mary was director of research and records at Coxe Curry, overseeing the team of researchers that provide in-depth research reports on corporate, foundation and individual prospects for fundraising campaigns conducted by the firm.  

Prior to joining Coxe Curry, Mary was marketing coordinator and then director of marketing for the Atlanta office of Touche Ross, an international accounting, tax and consulting firm. In those positions for nine years, she researched local industries, businesses and individuals; wrote business proposals and marketing newsletters; and developed the community relations and corporate contribution programs for the firm.  

Mary earned a Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude from Smith College where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Mary also earned a Master of Librarianship from Emory University. She remains involved in alumni fundraising for both institutions.  

Active in the Atlanta community for over four decades, Mary has served on the boards of these organizations: Alliance Theatre, Arbor Montessori School, Arts Festival of Atlanta, Association of Emory Alumni, Friends of the Atlanta-Fulton Public Library, and Junior League of DeKalb County. She currently serves as a board member of VOX Teen Communications.  

She is married to Dan Hinkel, vice president and legal counsel for ING Investment Management, and has one son, John Henry.

Charles Bliss, and Bobby Rasulnia 

were the only concerned citizens showing up for my court hearing this morning.

They sat in the back corner while I sat up front on the first row.  They just don't get it.  We stood out in stark contrast to all the others.  And those three were the only concerned citizens showing up as witnesses against anyone...

PERIOD.

Can't help but see these code enforcers being treated by those within their own communities as modern day version of the way tax collectors from the Bible were treated.

Well, disappointing show of concerned residents today. Just Mary Hinkel, Bobby Rasulnia, and Charles Bliss. Wish all of you could have been there to see this. Those three stood out big time the way the three of them huddled together in the back corner bench. I'm assuming I did as well sitting up front with the rest of my compeers (criminals). Oh yeah! Almost forgot! The courtroom was packed! So...the four of us took up seats four others more deserving, those having to appear in court and having to stand in the back, should have had instead. I tell you what should have been stopping traffic abruptly in front of my house: an eighty-five year old black man on top of the Gary's house with a blower! But no. That's not the sort of thing that decreases one's property value is it? Any way, I pleaded "Not guilty." So the trial is scheduled for 08/09/2016 at 2:00pm.

Do have a question I've been wanting to ask of you Bobby for several years now. Guess I should go ahead and ask now before you sell this house next door to my property and move too far away.

That week I was first committed involuntarily to DeKalb Crisis Center 4th of July, 2011...

Did you, or did you not, enter my home at my mother's request, my mother having called your household from my hometown of Prescott,Arkansas (my two niece had used google map and reverse phone lookup), in her attempt trying to make sure my cats got fed?

Do keep in mind that you will be accusing DeKalb County Police of failing to do their job securing my home after having led me out of it in handcuffs.

Twice, having my cats in mind as they were leading me out of my home in handcuffs, I told them to leave the doors unlocked. They refused, in fact adamant, saying they weren't allowed to do this. But one officer did ask where I kept their food.

Dear Next Door Neighbors,

The purpose of this email is to address two concerns of mine having read in your neighborhood newsletter.

First:

"The petition was created to “keep pressure on the county to act in this matter and to ensure that the community’s voice is heard in upcoming meetings with county staff – and later before the hearing judge…. "

This is the second time Bobby Rasulnia has taken the initiative starting a movement against my property; then others (e.g. Patrick Noonan, John Bugge, Bob Gary) piling on behind him. I'm wanting to make it known what it is I'm currently yelling at the traffic passing by my property:

"ONLY THING STOPPING A BAD GUY WITH A GUN IS A GOOD GUY WITH A GUN? When having two of the same thing you only need but one, "THANK GOD FOR DEAD SOLDIERS!"
(they are not officially soldiers until we have a dead one) As a father thought his son died protecting our first amendment rights to freedom of speech/freedom of expression while DON'T ASK/DON'T TELL was still in effect, how do we even know that DEAD SOLDIER wasn't a FAGGOT as well? When having two of the same thing you only need but one, I'm guessing only thing stopping a BAD FAGGOT with a BUNCH OF SIGNS is a TOKEN FAGGOT with a PETITION? What was it then ...THIS DEAD SOLDIER... having DIED for? Was it Bobby's aesthetic beauty? Was it Bobby's property values? Was it Bobby's general public welfare? FUCK THE LORAX! IT'S YOUR PROPERTY VALUES GOD CARES ABOUT! BE SURE YOU GO ONLINE AND SIGN THE HOLLYWOOD HOUSE PETITION! FUCK THE LORAX! MY GOD! WHAT'S IT MADE OF? CALIFORNIA'S REDWOOD FOREST?!

I'm convinced my NEXTDOOR.COM NEIGHBOR, Bobby Rasulnia, is being used by a set few of our neighbors well versed in human psychology as nothing more than their TOKEN FAGGOT. All one needs doing is taking the time studying these comments on NEXTDOOR.COM to see how others, most especially Patrick Noonan, have teased Bobby into feeling bold enough initiating this petition the same as the public did this father of a DEAD SOLDIER eventually becoming SCOTUS Snyder vs Phelps 8-1 ruling in favor of the Phelps. I had set myself up to be perfectly okay with an outcome in Phelps favor before the ruling even made public.

btw...I'm quoting Judge Nelly F. Withers' "FUCK THE LORAX!" immaculate ejaculation during my first court hearing over the large cross and other signs nailed to my trees.

I couldn't care less how many people sign this petition; or believe most of these comments to even be sincere. As this neighborhood has repeatedly failed to include me in on any of these discussion regarding my property, It's definitely all about the end justifying the means.

Second:

The court date originally scheduled in June has been moved, at the resident’s request, to Tuesday, July 12th at 9:00 a.m. The case will be heard in the Magistrate’s Court located at 3630 Camp Circle, Decatur, GA 30032. We have been told that with the strengthening of the code enforcement process this past year, it is not enough for a defendant to enter a plea and pay a fine; now, no case is disposed of until the matter is finally rectified. While residents will not be called to testify at this hearing, it is important that we have a good turnout of concerned citizens in the courtroom. We will keep you posted if the date and time change.

It was not at my request that the court date be rescheduled. In fact, it even appears all my neighbors knew about this scheduled change but me?

And I would very much like to be kept informed as to who all plans on showing up for this court hearing.

As God's House is middle of our street, I'd rather not go there. However there is a sidewalk running down my side of the street. Please do take the time allowing me the opportunity explaining my signs.

It's not enough to be busy; so are the ants. The question is: what are be being busy about? For both the living and the dead we must bear witness.

My grandparents live across the street from the house in question. They have faced years of harassment and they were in essence force from the home they lived in for over 60 years. I, and every other member of our family, simply want my grandparents to live their golden years in peace.
